Tynemouth Nursery at North Shields moves to Billy Mill
We are Moving!
Tynemouth Nursery at North Shields has moved 0.4miles to our Tynemouth Nursery at Billy Mill site at 142-144 Queen Alexandra Road West. The setting has recently been fully re-furbished to happily accommodate the 2 settings.

This was following the news that the QA Sixth Form College at Hawkeys Lane will be relocated at Tyne Met College, Wallsend this Summer.
This means the site, that Tynemouth Nursery at North Shields occupied, will not be maintained and will be cleared over the next 12 months. Due to this decision we have decided to amalgamate the North Shields nursery with Tynemouth Nursery at Billy Mill and not re-open North Shields on Monday the 29th of June as previously planned.
This did come as a big shock and there have been a few tears shed by many of us, as this nursery was a fantastic setting.
However, the amalgamation of Tynemouth Nursery at Billy Mill has seen staff, parents and children merge into a lovely setting that is only 0.4miles from the North Shields former site.
We have exciting plans for the new amalgamated nursery including incorporating a forest nursery school with our accredited forest schoolteacher.
We would like to thank all the parents and staff who have helped make this transition as smooth as possible.

Tynemouth Nursery at Billy Mill Open now for Key Workers Will open for all children on June 1st
Tynemouth Nursery Closed now Will open for all children on June 1st
Tynemouth Nursery at Jesmond Closed now Will open for all children on June 1st
Zone4kids at Whitley Lodge Closed now Will open for all children on June 1st
Tynemouth Nursery at North Shields Closed now Awaiting confirmation on opening date from College, if we are not allowed to open on June 1st, children will have guaranteed place at Billy Mill until NS re-opens
Tynemouth Nursery at YMC Closed now Awaiting sate from college, will not be June 1st, children will have guaranteed place at Billy Mill until TMC re-opens
Zone4kids at Coquet Park Closed now Awaiting confirmation on opening date from School, if we are not allowed to open on June 1st, children will have guaranteed place at Zone4kids at Whitley Lodgel until CP re-opens

We are delighted to present our 2018 Tynemouth Nursery Group Christmas Movie featuring some of our children from Tynemouth Nursery, Tynemouth Nursery at North Shields, Tynemouth Nursery at Billy Mill, Tynemouth Nursery at T.M.C., and Tynemouth Nursery at Jesmond.
